Membership Period: The membership period is a minimum of 3 months from the date of enrolment.

Enhance Beauty Clinic is delighted to introduce our Membership Plans, designed to offer exclusive benefits and personalised experiences to our valued clients. By enrolling in our membership programs, clients gain access to a range of privileges to enhance their beauty and well-being. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the Enhance Beauty Clinic Membership Plans.

 

2. Membership Tiers:
Our membership program consists of multiple tiers, each offering unique benefits and rewards. Clients can choose from different tiers based on their preferences and beauty goals.

3. Subscription and Billing:
Clients can subscribe to their preferred membership tier by selecting a monthly or annual payment plan.
Membership Fees: Membership fees will be charged monthly and must be paid in full before receiving the monthly treatment. Payments will be automatically deducted from the payment method provided at the time of enrolment.
All subscription payments will be automatically deducted from the client's chosen payment method on the designated billing date.

 

4. Benefits Overview:
Each tier includes a variety of benefits such as discounted treatments, priority scheduling, members-only events, and exclusive product offers.
Members will accrue loyalty points with each subscription payment.



5. Loyalty Points and Rewards:
All subscription payments will contribute to the accumulation of loyalty points.
Loyalty points can be redeemed for discounts on future treatments, products, or additional services within Enhance Beauty Clinic.

 

6. Redemption Process:
Loyalty points will be automatically added to the client's Rewards Account upon successful subscription payment.
Clients can view their loyalty points balance through their online accounts or by contacting our clinic reception.
To redeem loyalty points, clients can inform our clinic staff during the booking or purchasing process. The discount will be applied accordingly.
Missed Appointments: If a member misses an appointment, the monthly treatment will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Membership Nontransferable: Memberships are nontransferable and cannot be shared with anyone else.

 

7. Membership Cancellation:
Clients can cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to Enhance Beauty Clinic.
Refunds will not be issued for partial subscription periods.

 

8. Membership Upgrades:
Clients have the option to upgrade their membership tier at any time. Upgrades will be effective immediately upon payment confirmation.

 

9. Changes to Membership Plans:
Enhance Beauty Clinic reserves the right to modify the terms and benefits of the membership plans. Clients will be notified in advance of any such changes.

 

10. Termination of Membership:
Enhance Beauty Clinic reserves the right to terminate a client's membership in the event of a violation of clinic policies or inappropriate conduct.
Termination of membership will result in the immediate cessation of all associated benefits.
