COVID 19 POLICY
Covid-19 policies that will be in place at Enhance Beauty. Please have a read-through and familiarise yourself with them. These policies will be in place for the foreseeable.

Please do not come to your appointment if you are showing any symptoms.

Before your appointment you will be asked some screening questions, please answer these honestly!

Please wait in your car until your appointment time, please do not come into the salon early, this stops there being more than one customer in the salon at any one time and gives me time to sanitise between clients.

Upon entering the salon, please sanitise your hands with the provided sanitiser.

To reduce numbers in the salon please attend your appointment alone.

You will be required to bring your own mask/face covering to your appointment. If I provide one there will be a charge.

I will be wearing PPE at all times.

All tools will be fully cleaned and sanitised before your treatment.
At your appointment, you will be asked to complete a new consultation form which will include Covid-19 health questions. These will need to be completed before your treatment can proceed. I want everyone to be assured that your health and mine are my main priority and that I am taking every step possible to ensure that the hygiene of the salon is as high as it can be.
LATENESS POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment and unfortunately, you will lose your deposit.
DEPOSIT POLICY
Please be advised that we require a deposit on ALL new bookings. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. For this reason, we respectfully advise you that deposits are strictly non-refundable and 48 hours notice will be required to change a booking or the deposit will be lost.
Bestie T's & C's
​All clients become instant members of our model club, giving you full access to our exclusive discounts and monthly offers. As a member of the model club you will receive £25 for any bestie that books and appointment with us and they will also get £25. The maximum you can refer is up to 5 friends within a 30 day period, this means the maximum we can offer towards your account is £125.00.
